Refund Policy
Pillar Training & Consulting Group, LLC accepts course bookings/registrations through Eventbrite, the pillartcgroup.com website, and via pay pal, payments being made online by credit card. For some clients, e.g. state and government entities and schools, we will invoice and payment may be made via a company check. In making such bookings/registrations clients accept this refunds, cancellations and substitutions policy.
For credit card payments, the course fees are payable in full at the time of booking. Upon receipt of your order and payment your place will be confirmed.
For payments on invoice, we require 100% of the fee to be paid no later than one week before the start of the course.
Cancellation charges are applied in all cases. We regret that we have to do this, however all bookings involve administrative costs and it is difficult to fill spaces made vacant by cancellations.
Live Webinars & In-Person Trainings
Cancellation charges depend on when the written cancellation notice is received. A full refund will be given only if more than 4 weeks’ notice is given of a cancellation, see below for refund schedule:
• Over 4 weeks’ cancellation notice: Full refund
• 2- 4 weeks cancellation notice: 40% refund
• Less than 14 days cancellation notice: No refund.
All refunds will be processed after the training course date.
Alternatively, a substitute delegate can be named at any time before the course. There will be no extra surcharge for making a substitution.
No refund will be payable for non-attendance or if no prior notice of cancellation is given.
In the event of a candidate failing an assessment, it is the responsibility of the candidate to arrange the date and payment for the reassessment direct with the assessment body.
There are no refunds for the self-paced courses.
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of Pillar Training & Consulting Group, LLC to change the content and timing of the course, the date, venue or instructor. We reserves the right to cancel a course up to and including the date of the course if insufficient bookings/registrations have been received. We will strive to give as much notice as possible in such an event. In all cases, people who had registered to attend a cancelled course will be given the option of rescheduling to a future course date but Pillar Training & Consulting Group. LLC disclaims any further liability.
Digital Products & Self Pace Courses
All digital plans, services, e-books, and recordings, being non-tangible, irrevocable goods, cannot be refunded or exchanged once accessed, downloaded, unzipped, or viewed. As a customer you are responsible for understanding this upon purchasing any item at our Site and ensuring you’ve purchased the product you intended to. Additionally, access of media notwithstanding, no product or service shall be re-issued or refunded more than seven business days from the initial purchase date.
